Established in 2023 after 7 years of research in the field of aging, Bahateem recognizes the rapidly aging population and its projected growth over the next decade. Its mission is to address the needs of these esteemed individuals who have dedicated their youth to raising children, working hard, and contributing to the nation’s progress. They also cater to their families who, due to various reasons such as immigration, education, employment, or lack of expertise in eldercare, is unable to provide adequate care for their aging parents.
They understand the challenges families face in finding qualified caregivers. Locating reputable institutions with experienced, committed, and well-structured staff has become a daunting task for families with elderly members. Many families, after experiencing the frustration of hiring incompetent and troublesome caregivers, have opted to shoulder the burden of eldercare themselves, despite the hardships and challenges it entails. This often leads to decreased productivity at work, academic struggles, and ongoing stress within families.
